Added new hosts to host list, added data source functionality to specify whether data derives from gisaid or IRD, added in date parsing for IRD-formatted dates (mm/dd/yyyy).

Thank you so much for putting this together @lmoncla. Sorry it took me so long to get to it. I just made a couple minor changes and improved documentation.
