Include model run date in abstract #44

Viz library updates include surfacing the (model run) update date and fixing a bug where certain days may be missing from the graphs.

I've surfaced the model update date like so:

Awesome! I really appreciate this @jameshadfield. I just made a very minor revision to swap from "Model run date: 2023-05-17" to "Results last updated 2023-05-17". Other text in this section was in proper sentences and I wanted to maintain this (kind of like the byline in Auspice). Otherwise, this looks great!
