Add provisional colors for new clades 23G/H/I

The colors were generated by ChatGPT4 based on the existing colors, taking into account parental relationships

These colors are provisional until @jameshadfield does his color magic

The colors are pretty terrible 😬

But should be easy to tweak

Thanks for taking a stab at this @corneliusroemer. There should probably be a better place to store this, but I still take as Nextstrain default the color ramp that we made for Auspice. Somehow it hasn't propagated through to the Pango lineage coloration yet, but I guess that's because the workflow is still running and the output data has only been updated for clades, yet.
