Update vendored scripts #454

Follow up to https://github.com/nextstrain/ingest/issues/43 and https://github.com/nextstrain/ingest/issues/44

This repo actually does not use any of the vendored curation scripts because it has its own custom transform pipelines.

Updating the vendored scripts here would just be to remove cruft from the repo.
