Update pathogen page to highlight actively maintained datasets #764

Looking at the cards on /pathogens excluding the West-African EBOV dataset, only 6/11 are being kept up to date. So given this state of the page as it exists, I think fine to add Lassa to this page. But medium term I'd like us to differentiate between regularly updated pathogens & others. (My work on the cards UI goes some way towards addressing this, but more will be needed.)

It should be easy enough to update what's seen on nextstrain.org/pathogens to make this more clear.
