Review current status #12

I need to discuss the current outputs with Katie and make sure I haven't inadvertently changed anything, and fix it if I have.

Should also discuss Trevor's suggestion about merging OC43/A and OC43/B into a single OC43.

Katie suggested dropping PP810610.1 from the 229e phylogeny, because it's a pretty extreme outlier.

Also worth noting: in the seasonal-cov build I have, OC43 is not split into A and B lineages, there's only OC43.
