config/ appears 5 times in the ingest README and I think each should be changed to defaults/. I'm guessing these were just missed during the recent file reorganization and aren't intentional?
There's also a slight oddity whereby all of the paths in that file are relative to ingest/ except for the "Adding new sequences not from GenBank" section.
