[Feature Request] Add -w write option in upgrade command #55

  1. Add option -w --write in upgrade Just write upgrade version in pkg file don't run command to install

I'm sorry for being delayed by other things in the past two months, which resulted in not completing this issue. In the future, I will delve deeper into project knowledge and look forward to continuing to participate in project development next time
