[BUG] - Getting Frame Drop while Graphics Acceleration turned off #3623

Describe the bug

A few days ago, I have an issue that I need to turning off my Hardware Acceleration on my browser. I forgot to turn it on again, I found something broken on my development project, I decided to refactor the code, and finally no difference. Then I remember that I had turned off Graphic Acceleration on my browser. Yes, it's the problem. I cannot reproduce the performance in several case or when the user with low pc specification will facing.

My pc specs: RX 6600 XT R5 5600 16GB

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

Chrome:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to System
  3. Toggle Off Use graphics acceleration when available

Expected behavior

As a user, It should working smoothly even with low specs platform that I used
