[BUG] - Dropdown click in navbar causes page to scroll up slightly #3804

Describe the bug

When clicking on the dropdown menu in the navbar, the website scrolls slightly upwards. This behavior occurs every time I click on the dropdown. It consistently scrolls once towards the top of the page.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

  1. Navigate to the page with the navbar.
  2. Click on the dropdown menu in the navbar.
  3. Observe that the page scrolls up slightly.

Expected behavior

The dropdown menu should open without causing the page to scroll.
