• Static interface method `object GetConfigurationAsync()"
• this method takes existing config as JsonElement and should deserialize it into real config object
• during this process it can be migrated to newer config versions (where to store version number? Auto bump when JSON Schema changes?)
• JSON Schema can be derived from returned object, using .NET 9.
• Schema and re-serilized object will be sent to UI
• UI renders settings using schema and binds it to the serialised object data
• saved data will.be sent to backend and stored in pipeline.json
