Can never see Plugin settings. Says "Admins Only", and I am an Admin #560

Every time I have tried installing this plugin, it installs, but when I click
to see the "Custom Content Types" link on the menu bar (or any sub-menus), it
only returns a black page saying "Admins Only".

This happens on my main admin login, as well as two other users that have been
assigned "Administration" status.

... I have no idea why I can't get into this plugin.

the plugin version is: Version 0.9.7.13
Wordpress version is Version 3.9.1

I can't get the other info as described by that link, because nothing shows up.
It just says "Admins Only". Here is a list I put together of active and
inactive plugins:

Is there a way I can edit the plugin to bypass that? no other plugin I use
right not has that issue.

I can't reproduce the issue yet, so I'm not sure how to advise you to bypass it.
