NXdetector_channel #98

Dectris request a new base class called NXdetector_channel in order to provide instrument parameters specific to each channel within a detector. Discussed in https://github.com/nexusformat/definitions/issues/940 and a clear example is given. Also depends on #97

The NIAC like the ideas presented and encourage the development of a more specific proposal to be considered in future.
