DOC: Generalize 'note' on the Python 'Getting started' page #1239

On the Python Getting started page, there is a Note that describes what the code is doing. The Note makes reference to specific h5py API calls. That note was written for the h5py example. Since then, we have added a nexusformat example (which appears by default).

Generalize this note so it applies to either version of the example. Possibly using a table with these columns: action, nexusformat, h5py

While there may be other places in the manual in which similar changes could be made, this issue focusses on this one, specific instance.
