`download.nexusformat.org` should be retired #1295

It is

  1. only available via http://download.nexusformat.org
  2. has many dead links
  3. deployed by a Jenkins jobs
  4. is hosted by RAL unlike our other subdomains which as GH pages

Without commenting on whether it should be retired, here are the links that would break on the main page (if they are not already broken):

Straw poll from code camp: it makes sense to remove this download.nexusformat.org as it is redundant to the existing web pages. For example, the NAPI internals pdf is linked on download.nexusformat.org (dead link), but is also linked from manual.nexusformat.org.
