Extending NXvelocity_selector description to electron sources #1354

During a discussion with a person from one of our beamlines at Sirius we find that NXvelocity_selector seems to fit our definitions but according to the class description it is directly related to a Neutron velocity selector. I would suggest to extend this description to "neutron or electron velocity selector" instead of only "neutron".

I had to google how an electron velocity selector works. But you are right, changing that the description to include electrons is a good idea.
