add missing NXlog groups and fields below NXsample with names from NXsensor/measurement #1365

The allowed names for NXsensor/measurement are:

temperature, electric_field, magnetic_field, pressure, stress, conductivity, resistance, voltage, pH, flow, strain, shear, surface_pressure

It would be good to add the corresponding missing NXlog groups and fields below NXsample. Currently we have only defined:

temperature, electric_field, magnetic_field, pressure, stress_field
