Fix for OFF winding order #36

I think I've identified the places where the winding order was wrong and fixed it. Also added a comment to make this a bit clearer.

Just so I understand that correctly: The winding order was correct in the example file (still is), just the extraction gave the wrong result, with leads to visualisation problems. Right?

I think the example doesn't have a winding order, so it's up to the program to derive one (which it was doing the wrong way). Due to that, some parts of the chopper appeared invisible in the NeXus Constructor.
