help view: replace `X` with `shift`+`x` #110

That is other systems do (GMail, The Old Reader, Discord, GitHub).

And yeah, s vs S and x vs X do seem a little tricky.

Likely need to do something like <kbd><kbd>Shift</kbd> + <kbd>x</kbd></kbd> and style so that nested kbd get the border while outer just gets the font.
