feed: toggle+nav does not work well when focus is on the sidebar #95

Different reasons, but probably similar solutions.

Of course, there is nothing to toggle in this instance. But also, that means there will be no observable changes from that.

It happens more frequently with K follows l.

Doesn't matter if k or K, just as along as there is a load first.

I was wondering why k has this problem, but > does not.

I forgot I implemented skipping posts that are not ready in different ways. One uses clientHeight, the other innerText.length.
