Attempting to update to latest versions of the binaries for Flatpak Sdk/Platform, scrcpy, and android adb.

I'm going to add a couple files to make this launchable from the app menus and such. Then also so there's a "change log"

Thanks for your work! I dont use scrcpy for a long time and almost forgot it. Last time when I try to push it to flathub,I don't know which icon to use,maybe it is time to rethink about push it to flathub

@nexustar the big thing that Flathub will want is to get everything built from source. So we'll have to build adb and scrcpy-server from source, then it should be good. Then also add in x86_64 and arm instructions so that this flatpak can run on ARM devices as well as x86 CPUs.
