ReCAPTCHA problem with invoke-WebRequest error 403 forbidden #47

I have an issue on a server 2008 R2. I got a 403 forbidden when I try to download the newest list of extensions. when on IE or firefox on this server I go to https://fsrm.experiant.ca/api/v1/get , I reach a web page asking me for a ReCAPTCHA. The problem is tthat on other servers even in 2008 R2, I had no problem. image image

It's seems to be an issue with CloudFlare

solved! It was a problem with the public IP of our client! tagged as spammer!
