*.id-xxxxxx filters are not usefull - should be *.id-* #87

Since some months there are extention-filters in the raw list at https://fsrm.experiant.ca/ that match to .id-XXXXXX or similar. I think this filter will never match as it should be .id-*- or something like this. XXXXXX will never be matched as it usually is a random hash value.

Please correct the list and don't add new id-XXXXX ones unless really the letters X are in the extension, like an old one .XXX
