From our understanding of your bug report, we should have a restriction on the types of tags allowed, some form of tags set. Then, create a command called create-tag to add tags to this set of accepted tags.

As seen below, there is no restriction on tags, and I can have a tag as "remote" and also "remotee" without any warning. This makes the app susceptible to typos. As a hr app, I believe that you can either restrict the tags to some commonly used tags and then have a create tag option. Currently it is very tedious to delete and add a tag.
