Add phpMyAdmin #22

This adds a default phpMyAdmin installation for easier debugging.

Thanks for your contribution. I think this can be quite useful for people who don't want to install additional tools to manage the database.

Can you also add a quick reference in the README.md at the bottom? This way everybody can see that this is part of the setup.

Sure, I wanted to wait for #23 to be merged. I updated the branch.
