BlizzMove does ctrl+mouse wheel. Could also do a "resizer" mover in bottom right corner?

+1 on this request. I was actually coming here to request this exact thing. I'm sticking with BlizzMove for the time being but only because of the scaling/zooming.

+1 BlizzMove doesnt need to exist as this addon does everything better Only scale is not a feature
