In the nf-core documentation for the sample sheet there is an error that sometimes a column is referred to as : flowcell and in other instances its called: run_dir, even more confusing sometimes flowcell is taken to mean the flowcell id. Had to actually dig into the pipeline to figure out what was what.
Oh and lane is not optional, I believe that its a required argument...
