Include a test with uncompressed flow cell #188

Description of feature

All the test data uses a tar for the flow cell, it would be good to include a test with a path to uncompressed flow cell directory because there is logic to handle this in the workflow.

since it's not possible to specify folders via HTTPS, the input test folder needs to be uploaded on a S3 bucket. AFAIK there's an nf-core bucket for test data in addition to the test-datasets repo, but only core team members can upload there (-> request on slack)
