Assess demultiplex test-datasets #235

We might have to update the samplesheets to a newer version to have them work with the new samplesheet validator tool from samshee. I'm currently waiting on an answer from the developer to understand if the validator should or shouldn't work with older samplesheets: https://github.com/lit-regensburg/samshee/issues/1

Besides this, I would like to review the current datasets we have, and see if they are properly organized, as they look a little bit messy, and I'm not sure if they are all in use.

This directory should be removed as we are now using s3 for uncompressed testing.
