unknown recognition error type #21

I'm getting this error on start up everytime I run the pipeline:

unknown recognition error type: groovyjarjarantlr4.v4.runtime.LexerNoViableAltException

I see Simon mentioned the error here, in the synteny pipeline.

I'll look into it later.
