WIP: Add longest and nf-core GFFREAD modules #88

Added the AGAT longest isoform module, as well as the GFFREAD.

Still doesn't work with BUSCO.

OK, we can go over this next week, try to work out why this happens. Its so weird.

Tried also adding protein fasta extraction using AGAT (see #92). Still doesn't work.
