Initial dev for QC workflow #28

Hey :wave:, on our last discussion we talked about using h3abionet modules as foundation for our own modules. I'm initializing this work by isolating the qc workflow processes into modules that we can start working ( updating to dsl2, adapting channels and generating a dag)

What do you think about this? It could be a nice way to start developing the modules, and after that the main workflow.

Feel free to add your thoughts, and your opinion. I'm here to listen!
