Why tool for loop calling would you like to see in the nf-core-hic pipeline ?

Any tool for loop calling that would work with the existing pipeline would be a great addition :) I've heard good things about HiCExplorer, and Mustache from Ay lab (https://github.com/ay-lab/mustache).
