This is a feature request to add an updated and well maintained version of prodigal called Pyrodigal.
It has exactly the same functionality as prodigal with better memory and runtime management, and proper GBK output (which works as input for antiSMASH from nf-core/funcscan).
The module is ready-to-use on nf-core (e.g. used by nf-core/funcscan)
