Caching issue of `PREDICT_EPITOPES` results #34

Description of the bug

When touching the MERGE_PREDICTIONS process, the pipeline re-runs among others the epitope prediction when using -resume. Seems there is some issue with the channel logic. Should be checked.

I tried to reproduce this caching issue but it doesn't seem to persist. If the issue pops up again, we can look into this again and reopen the ticket.
