Bugfix peptide Lengths and include log instead of tsv

New PR instead of messy PR #85

I changed the output of the process UNIFY_MODEL_LENGTHS to a log file instead of a tsv, to be more verbose and user centric, as the tsv was not giving any "new" insights. The prefix of the log decides if the pipeline throws and error or warning depending on the following scenarios:

• All lengths were found for all alleles: Just proceed
• There are some lengths missing and the number of peptide lengths is reduced: Warning to the user
• There are no matching lengths for the alleles: Throw an error and exit pipeline
