Port local OpenMS modules to nf-core modules #296

Description of feature

We should make sure to share as much modules as possible with other nf-core repositories using these tools. E.g. https://github.com/nf-core/quantms/issues/63

This issue tracks the progress of modules ported to the nf-core modules repository. Feel free to add more modules 🥳
