I think it would be good to have a module for [LONGRANGER]

We’ve noticed there hasn’t been much activity here. Are you still planning on working on this? If not, you can ignore this message and we’ll close your PR/Issue in about 2 weeks or add it to the hackathon board 2023.

Hello, same as here https://github.com/nf-core/modules/issues/1476#issuecomment-1460058423 The module has been implemented: https://github.com/sanger-tol/nf-core-modules/blob/main/modules/longranger/mkref/main.nf But longranger license prevents us from making the docker image public. Any suggestions would be very appreciated. Thanks.
