I think it would be useful to have a module for this recently published genome assembler hifiasm

[x] This module does not exist yet with the nf-core modules list command
[x] There is no open pull request for this module
[x] There is no open issue for this module
[ ] If I'm planning to work on this module, I added myself to the Assignees to facilitate tracking who is working on the module

I am going to refresh the module:

Upgrate hifiasm version to the current one to solve the problem with the usage of Hi-C data that existed with the current version: https://github.com/chhylp123/hifiasm/issues/152
Include contig phasing with Hi-C data.
Decide on compressing the output files.

Phasing with Hi-C data is done in the recently merged version.

No decision on file compression though, so up to you if you want to leave this issue open.
