Hi, is the idea for this to have it take in expression data and output modules using this function? https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/WGCNA/versions/1.72-5/topics/blockwiseModules

So. I've looked at most of this here, however this example has both the soft thresholding and module creation / output extrapolation in one module blockwise.zip
