Further Information

New module for segger has to be built for the segmentation (refinement) step for the spatialxe pipeline. Segger

other items: bioconda receipe, docker container, handling segger config file & testdata update at test-data/spatialxe/data.zip

Started drafting a segger implementation to nf-core here, incl structured processes, parameter and function descriptions, test and code outlines.
