Add tag to project_spots container / spot2cell container #16

Description of feature

The tag for the container should not be latest. I suggest we create a repo in SchapiroLabor and create the container with CI like for Backsub for the spot2cell tool - also great set up for creating the nf-core module.

We'll resolve this when spot2cell is an nf-core module.
