Description of feature

The tower.yml should be adapted to include all qc metrics, e.g. molkartqc output, crop overview?

Updated in https://github.com/nf-core/molkart/pull/36, but it is still not included in reports... fix required

The mentioned issue that the report is not being shown in reports on the Seqera Platform is a non-issue, as the tower.yml is configured properly. However, when running from a cluster with the tower agent, likely because the data cannot be accessed without credentials, and the reports are not shown.
