Add HOMER uniqmap #175

Closes #57. Started with the generation in the pipeline but they take more than a day to generate, so I'd recommend anyone just download the uniqmap.

I think this is GRO-Seq specific so not going to upstream to modules, as chipseq uses that module, and it's such a niche use case.
