Overview

it may be useful for users to have more complete sequence and alignment QC metrics
first we must determine appetite from nf-core community for this extension
some alignment QC is already done as required by the Hartwig workflow (and other QC related to analysis)
this piece of work is also related to https://github.com/nf-core/oncoanalyser/issues/81
