Create a demo dataset for publication that includes:

• Oomycete plant pathogens: a population of P. ramorum genomes with clonal lineages showing good population differentiation in trees (https://doi.org/10.1038/s42003-022-03394-w).
• Fungal human pathogens: Amphibian decline; [DOI: 10.1126/science.aar1965](https://doi.org/10.1126/science.aar1965
• Bacterial pathogen: Listeria clonal outbreaks; https://doi.org/10.1126/sciadv.abj9805; and Mycobacterium; https://doi.org/10.1126/science.aaf8156

Maybe other similar high profile pathogens.

We also should include a few select samples that will fail (contamination, low read coverage).
