Including number of genes and SNPs used to build trees #50

Include no of SNPs used to build SNP tree and no of genes used to build core gene phylogeny.

For number of SNPs, we can use the lengt of the SNP alignment, but we need to add an input to the PREPARE_REPORT_INPUT module from SUBSET_CORE_GENES
