Prepare for public release of `nf-core-pixelator` #23

Putting an Issue as a placeholder for a bunch of activities to be discussed and delineated here:

First step is to go in the nf-core slack and announce that we plan to contribute a new pipeline in the #new-pipelines channel, so that the nf-core people are aware of it.

Then we can join their GitHub organization and further discuss on slack. Maybe it is good to do this long before we actually open source the pipeline so that there are no surprises or delays because of unforeseen stuff.

There is a warning though:

Not all pipelines are suitable for inclusion in the main nf-core community (eg. bespoke or proprietary workflows). However, we hope that you may still wish to use the nf-core template and/or use components of nf-core code. All nf-core code is under a MIT license and where possible we have endeavoured to make the tools work with any Nextflow pipeline. If this is the case for you, please see the unofficial pipelines tutorial for more details.

I think that the pixelator pipeline could maybe fall under "bespoke"? Lets see what the nf-core people think...
