It looks like this pull-request is has been made against the nf-core/raredisease master branch. The master branch on nf-core repositories should always contain code from the latest release. Because of this, PRs to master are only allowed if they come from the nf-core/raredisease dev branch.

This works well for me (1) running the code with skip_me_calling enabled, and (2) get a "missing parameter" message if I don't enable skip_me_calling. The code looks good to me. Thanks for a nice and quick fix :)
