This here actually just decompresses the data : https://github.com/nf-core/smrnaseq/blob/master/modules/local/mirdeep2_prepare.nf

We could just use this here: https://github.com/nf-core/modules/blob/master/modules/nf-core/pigz/uncompress/main.nf
